Join our team as a freelance Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Expert. We are a specialized software house working on innovative IoT solutions for top-tier clients. This role requires strong commercial experience in BLE, IoT, and mobile development (iOS or Android). You will independently implement BLE solutions in real projects. We offer fully remote and flexible work with a competitive freelance B2B rate (15-30k net, depending on experience). Requirements

• Proven commercial experience with BLE – deep understanding of communication protocols, peripheral connections, and troubleshooting
• Strong mobile development skills – expertise in either iOS (Swift, Core Bluetooth) or Android (Kotlin, BLE APIs)
• Experience in IoT – working with connected devices, sensors, and embedded systems
• Solid knowledge of Unit Testing and best practices in mobile development (XCTest, Quick/Nimble for iOS, or JUnit, Mockito for Android)
• Familiarity with concurrency and performance optimization for BLE applications
• Fluent English (B2+) – written and spoken

Responsibilities

Independently implement BLE solutions in real projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bluetooth 5+ and advanced BLE features (Long Range, Mesh)
• Previous work in IoT security and encrypted BLE communication
• Understanding of functional reactive programming (RxSwift, Jetpack Compose)
• Knowledge of Google Play/Android Auto or Apple MFi programs
