Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
• Maintain a manageable workload with an average of 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
• Increase billable hours to earn more through uncapped bonus potential
• Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing leadership impact
• Design a schedule that works for you, having full control over when and where you supervise your cases
• Focus on clinical care while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
