This remote position offers psychiatrists the flexibility to review disability claims related to mental health from home. Compensation is per-case, allowing for flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted medical license and is Board Certified in Psychiatry. No patient care is involved; reviews are advisory only. Dane Street manages administrative tasks, provides training, and offers a user-friendly work portal. This independent contractor (1099) role provides predictable work hours and allows you to control your case volume.

Requirements

• Hold a current, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
• Be Board Certified in Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Review and assess disability claims related to mental health conditions
• Conduct this work based on your scheduled availability
• No doctor/patient relationship is established and no treatment is provided
• These are advisory-only opinions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in conducting Disability Peer Reviews, particularly for psychiatric disorders
