Summary
Join Assistantly's vibrant community as a Remote Bookkeeper, supporting diverse clients and internal departments. You will handle bank reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, and client communication, ensuring accuracy and clarity. This role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. You'll collaborate with accountants, tax professionals, and CPAs, reporting to 1-2 managers. The position offers remote work flexibility, competitive pay, and professional development opportunities. Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer service skillsโclients expect quick and accurate responses

Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and financial reporting (monthly and annually)
- Update financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), and Xero as assigned
- Communicate with clients to clarify financial matters and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate within a team of 5-10 professionals, working on financial tasks and client projects
- Ensure timely updates of financial data received annually, monthly, or weekly
- Adapt to client needs and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software
