Bookkeeper

Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and financial reporting (monthly and annually)
• Update financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), and Xero as assigned
• Communicate with clients to clarify financial matters and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate within a team of 5-10 professionals, working on financial tasks and client projects
• Ensure timely updates of financial data received annually, monthly, or weekly
• Adapt to client needs and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
• Experience with Xero Accounting Software
