Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable management, or a related role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new accounting software and technology platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to think critically and analyze data sets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with diverse personalities
  • Must have a reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Handle all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions
  • Client Correspondence: Act as the primary contact for client communications related to financial matters, providing exceptional customer service
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial data reports from multiple sources to internal teams, offering actionable insights to support business operations
  • Payroll & Commission Management: Oversee monthly payroll duties, including commission reports and accurate data entry into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Critical Thinking & Data Analysis: Utilize strong critical thinking skills to interpret and analyze complex data sets, providing meaningful insights that drive informed decisions
  • Excel & Technology Proficiency: Confidently use Excel and quickly adapt to new technology platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal managers and report directly to the CEO, supporting various operational needs within our recruitment agency
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team's success
