BPCS Technical Consultant

Summary

The job is a long-term contract position for a BPCS Technical Consultant who can work remotely. The role requires expertise in various aspects of AS400 / IBM iSeries platform, RPG language, database querying, command prompts, analytical skills, debugging code, version control tools, and Control-M.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in understanding AS400 / IBM iSeries
• Good knowledge of RPG language. Cobol is an added advantage
• Must be able to query the Database file / Db2 in AS400 / IBM iSeries
• Should have good exp in writing command prompts in AS400
• Have good analytical skills in RPG
• Must be able to debug the code in debugger of AS400 / IBM iSeries
• Should have good knowledge of Version control tool. Added advantage for Implementer Tool
• Have good knowledge on Control-M for jobs processing

Good understanding of INFOR ERPLX and BPCS applications on AS400 / IBM iSeries platform
