Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal, written, and organizational communication skills
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software. Experience with Clear Company ATS and UKG Pro for Onboarding a plus
  • Can exercise good judgment and has the ability to make solid decisions to ensure highly qualified individuals are hired
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and team members in a remote work environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality
  • Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates
  • Willingness to work extended hours/weekends when necessary
  • Minimum of 5 years experience Recruiting in a high-volume BPO setting required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job posting and advertising processes
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Identify effective recruiting strategies to increase candidate flow based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff to coordinate start dates and other pertinent employment details
  • Perform other duties as assigned
