Summary

Join Fleetio's dynamic Brand Marketing team as a Brand Designer, contributing to the evolution of our brand identity across digital and print mediums. This role requires 1–4 years of professional design experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of web design principles, typography, and color theory. Requirements

  • 1–4 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house brand teams
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Understanding of web design principles and best practices; experience with responsive design
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a clear understanding of brand application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions effectively
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral
  • Uphold and contribute to Fleetio's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions
  • Organize and manage design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of design work
