You will create engaging designs for marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage design assets, and stay updated on industry trends. This role requires 1β4 years of professional design experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of web design principles, typography, and color theory. A compelling portfolio showcasing brand application is essential. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are also necessary. Requirements
- 1β4 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house brand teams
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of web design principles and best practices; experience with responsive design
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a clear understanding of brand application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive constructive feedback
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral
- Uphold and contribute to Fleetio's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions
- Organize and manage design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of design work
