In this role, you will drive sales growth and client retention by recruiting and managing broker relationships regionally. You will prospect, develop, and maintain profitable broker relationships, identify new business leads, and continually establish new agent relationships. Responsibilities include developing and presenting proposals, educating brokers on FrankCrum products, providing ongoing training, and managing the External Sales Department's budget. You will also meet monthly goals and participate in various business development activities. This position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with sales experience. Requirements
- Possess exceptional customer service, written, listening, and communication skills
- Have sales experience
- Able to work remotely and successfully manage a specific Kansas territory
Responsibilities
- Prospect, obtain, and develop successful broker relationships on a regional to national level to maintain profitable sales growth
- Research, identify, and recommend new business leads
- Continually establish new agent relationships
- Cold call to obtain new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with brokers, agents, accounting firms, CPAs, etc. to generate client referrals
- Develop and present proposals and client-specific solutions
- Educate brokers about the FrankCrum product line and provide updates and retraining on an ongoing basis
- Train brokers on how to market and sell the FrankCrum product line
- Maintain professional licensing and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and online webinars
- Develop and manage the External Sales Departmentโs budgets
- Send out a minimum of two Constant Contact campaigns per month in addition to adding new contacts monthly
- Meet monthly goals regarding the number of RFP's submitted, maintain Lead Trackers, and attend business meetings, trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences as directed
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the PEO structure
- Experience with cold-calling
- Experience with prospecting
- Experience with negotiation
- Experience with probability and risk management
