Summary

ConnectOS is hiring an experienced mortgage industry professional with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in AU loan processing. The candidate should be proficient in using CRM software such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other similar tools. They must have excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Additional skills like experience with Project Management Tools and HubSpot, and a Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering are preferred. The role involves data entry, document compliance checks, valuation requests, credit checks, living expenses analysis, and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing in AU loan processing
  • Experience in using MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other CRM Software in the mortgage broking industry
  • Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Experience in Project Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Clickup, Notion etc)
  • Well-organized and capable of managing and resolving conflicting priorities and schedules
  • Responsible and willing to take necessary actions and decisions to meet objectives
  • Capable of addressing a problem using a logical, systematic and sequential method

Responsibilities

  • Data entry to MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL)
  • Generation of application paperwork, including those for the First Home Buyer scheme, grant applications, and discharge forms
  • Document Compliance checks (ensuring NCCP requirements are met)
  • Valuation, pricing request, credit checks
  • Living Expenses analysis
