Summary
Marlowe Fire & Security is expanding its talent pool with Business Administration Apprentices based at their Head Office in Salford Quays. During the initial 18 months apprenticeship, apprentices will rotate through four business-critical departments to gain hands-on experience and understanding of cross-functioning departments. After completing the Level 3 Business Administration Qualification, Marlowe Fire & Security offers opportunities for further development in various internal departments or external courses. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will provide administrative support by performing tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 4 in English & Maths (GCSEs)
- Familiarisation with Microsoft Packages such as Outlook, Word & Excel
- Passionate about your future career and development
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Live within a commutable distance to Salford Quays for both office and classroom work
- Good time management; our office-hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00, good time management and attendance is a must
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments within Marlowe Fire & Security
- Assist with tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling meetings, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations
- Rotate your time between 4 business-critical departments gaining hands-on experience and valuable understanding of cross-functioning departments

- Basic Salary - Our apprenticeship hourly rate is between £6.40 - £12.25 subject to age & grading
