Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise at all levels of seniority
  • Capturing and formally documenting customer / product requirements
  • Proven experience in client-facing communication and managing client relationships within a software company environment
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience with software development, analysis, implementation, and project management
  • Adaptable and flexible approach when working with different clients
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Manages multiple tasks with varying complexity, priorities, and timelines
  • Demonstrates drive, tenacity, self-motivation and initiative

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultancy services related to software configuration, implementation, training, systems analysis, and data migration
  • Capturing and formally documenting customer / product requirements
  • Understanding our client’s unique needs and how we tailor our software to maximise the value for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process
  • Writing requirements
  • Provide onsite and remote consultancy, support and training to clients during pre-sales, implementation, go-live and post live stages
  • Work with clients to configure the CP software in accordance with project documentation and implementation guidelines and quality standards
  • Carry out data migrations for the client, for both UAT, and live cycles
  • Create and regularly update software documentation required for clients and required internally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Awareness of various technologies (MS office, SQL Server, Cloud technologies, etc.)
  • Public sector (e.g. Healthcare) or private care experience desirable, but not essential
