Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (user stories)
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses
• Work with development teams to design and implement system solutions
• Develop and maintain process workflows, diagrams, and other documentation
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
• Test and validate systems to ensure alignment with requirements
• Provide ongoing support and training for implemented systems
