Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a detail-oriented and technically curious Business Analyst specializing in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). You will act as a bridge between business objectives and technical teams, defining, analyzing, and delivering data-driven AI solutions. This role is primarily remote with occasional on-site work in Northern VA. You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specifications, analyze data, partner with data scientists, and develop documentation. The position requires experience in AI/ML and data analytics, along with an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one. The salary range is $100,000-$120,000 annually.

Requirements

• Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must have an Active Public Trust or ability to obtain
• 6+ years related work experience
• 2+ years experience supporting AI/ML or Data Analytics projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where ML and AI can add value
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data and technical specifications
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform AI model development
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to support model design, testing, deployment, and performance evaluation
• Develop and maintain product requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and process flows
• Assist in building dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness of AI and ML solutions
• Stay current on AI/ML trends, tools, and industry best practices; share recommendations with the team
