Business Analyst Intern

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship
• 1 to 2 previous internship experiences in consulting, finance, business intelligence or other relevant analytical position
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, you love numbers and like to think “outside the box”
• Excellent communication skills: ability/experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
• Solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. Google Slides)
• Thorough attention to details
• Full working proficiency in English and French

Responsibilities

• Building a strong understanding of the key levers impacting our operational performance and recommend actions to improve our operations
• Building positive and trustful relationship with Ops teams to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities
• Harmonizing our current reporting framework and deliver reports for Ops stakeholders, using Tableau software
• Fully leveraging our data to build a comprehensive understanding of our bus operations
• Supporting the Western Europe Analytics team on ad-hoc analyses
