Summary
The job is for a Business Analyst specializing in SAP FI, Finance and Accounting, Production Planning, working remotely with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. The role involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, configuring and testing SAP modules, assisting in data migration, and creating documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP Financial and Accounting, SAP Production Planning modules (PP)
- Good understanding of SAP Financial and Accounting module. - SAP PP2, SAP P02, SAP PER and SAP APE
- Good understanding of SAP PP functionalities, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization, including master data management, variant configuration, and routing
- Experience with SAP integration technologies and interfaces (e.g., IDocs, RFC, BAPI) is a plus
- Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements related to SAP Finance & accounting, Production Planning etc
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions
- Conduct detailed analysis of current production planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions
- Configure, customize, and test SAP FI modules to meet client requirements
- Perform end-to-end system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the implemented SAP FI, PP solution
- Provide guidance and support to business users during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and training
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of relevant data from legacy systems to SAP FI
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure seamless integration between SAP FI,PP and other systems
