Summary

The job is for a Business Analyst specializing in SAP FI, Finance and Accounting, Production Planning, working remotely with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP Financial and Accounting, SAP Production Planning modules (PP)
• Good understanding of SAP Financial and Accounting module. - SAP PP2, SAP P02, SAP PER and SAP APE
• Good understanding of SAP PP functionalities, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization, including master data management, variant configuration, and routing
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and interfaces (e.g., IDocs, RFC, BAPI) is a plus
• Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements related to SAP Finance & accounting, Production Planning etc
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions
• Conduct detailed analysis of current production planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions
• Configure, customize, and test SAP FI modules to meet client requirements
• Perform end-to-end system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the implemented SAP FI, PP solution
• Provide guidance and support to business users during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and training
• Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of relevant data from legacy systems to SAP FI
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure seamless integration between SAP FI,PP and other systems
