Business Analyst-Expert

Summary

Join our team as a Business Analyst-Expert and play a key role in the Crash Reporting Information System project. This 12+ month, remote position requires a senior analyst with 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and test planning and execution. You will manage business analysis projects, identify and document business processes, collect and analyze data, and conduct various analyses (industry, competitive, state). Additional responsibilities include supporting system go-live activities, change management, and PMO tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills and ideally hold an IIBA CBAP or PMP-PBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution
• Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
• Collect, organize, and analyze data
• Complete analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities
• Conduct interviews to gather business requirements
• Conduct industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, as well as market research for benchmarking
• Support required system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, logistics management, etc
• Support change management and communications programs and activities
• Perform PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks
