Summary
Join Azumo as an agile Project Manager/Business Analyst to manage next-gen software development initiatives. This fully remote position, based in Latin America, requires close collaboration with business and engineering teams to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery. You will act as a Franchise Owner for your projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and reporting progress to upper management. The ideal candidate possesses a BS in CS or a similar degree, 5+ years of SDLC project management experience, and strong Agile collaboration skills. Requirements
- Possess in-depth knowledge of business processes and business analysis techniques
- Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and scope
- Have a BS in CS or similar degree
- Have 5+ years experience of SDLC project management
- Demonstrate AGILE collaboration with minimal supervision and great communication abilities
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and executive management
- Demonstrate a disciplined and ethical approach to independent work
- Have experience with JIRA + Confluence
- Be fluent in English
- Be based in Latin America
Responsibilities
- Manage next-gen initiatives in software development environments
- Participate in other personalized developments
- Work closely with business teams and the technical engineering team to ensure projects are delivered with the utmost attention to detail and a good follow-up and management of the tasks
- Draw from skill sets that include Agile Methodologies, Scrum Master, and Product Owner
- Act as a Franchise Owner in relation to his/her project
- Set deadlines
- Assign responsibilities
- Monitor and summarize the progress of the project
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Agile or Scrum Certification
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
