Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Technical Writer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Intermediate understanding of business analysis and documentation practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms
  • Familiar with the prototyping tools and good in sketching, and building presentation for the ideas
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • B2 level of English and Ukrainian

Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, understanding, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
  • Create and maintain business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and project updates, and assist in preparing meeting notes and summaries
  • Help define and refine proposed business solutions to meet the identified requirements
  • Ensure that business requirement documents, reports, and other project documentation are kept up to date and are accurate
  • Rewrite technical documentation into clear and understandable language for non-technical stakeholders or update older documentation to meet current standards
  • Support the team in integration projects by handling the necessary documentation for successful implementation
  • Rewrite or update existing documentation related to the platform into clear, understandable terms for both internal teams and external users
  • Facilitate creative brainstorming and help bring innovative ideas to the MVP launch process
  • Effectively manage and communicate with a complex matrix of stakeholders, ensuring expectations are set and managed appropriately
  • Provide input into the marketing strategy to help launch and promote the platform’s MVP
