Requirements
- Possess 4+ years of experience
- Have excellent knowledge of functional testing and partner onboarding
- Be proficient in Oracle Order Management
- Have experience with Cisco Partner Testing for new deployments
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing and partner onboarding
- Demonstrate a good understanding of supply chain management and order creation processes (RMA, Transfer orders, etc.)
- Conduct business functional UAT testing with vendors
- Utilize your proficiency in Oracle Order Management
- Work with SQL/PL SQL, RosettaNet EDI/B2B PIP Messages, Oracle ERP, E2open, and ESP Tools
- Conduct Cisco Partner Testing for new deployments
- Translate technical terminology into business language for vendors
- Engage with clients during meetings, understand issues, and work towards resolution
- Utilize strong written and oral communication skills
