Business Analyst/UAT Tester

Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of experience
• Have excellent knowledge of functional testing and partner onboarding
• Be proficient in Oracle Order Management
• Have experience with Cisco Partner Testing for new deployments
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and partner onboarding
• Demonstrate a good understanding of supply chain management and order creation processes (RMA, Transfer orders, etc.)
• Conduct business functional UAT testing with vendors
• Utilize your proficiency in Oracle Order Management
• Work with SQL/PL SQL, RosettaNet EDI/B2B PIP Messages, Oracle ERP, E2open, and ESP Tools
• Conduct Cisco Partner Testing for new deployments
• Translate technical terminology into business language for vendors
• Engage with clients during meetings, understand issues, and work towards resolution
• Utilize strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Have Cisco experience
