Requirements

  • Consultancy & Industry Expertise: You bring 4-5 years of consultancy experience combined with 3-4 years of industry expertise, particularly in digital, FinTech, TaxTech, B2B, or eCommerce sectors
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and data interpretation skills with a data-driven mindset, and you are able to think conceptually to solve complex business challenges and seize opportunities
  • Proven track record in developing monetization strategies and optimizing pricing models to drive revenue growth
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams, leveraging your ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate across different departments
  • Skilled in managing and executing strategic projects, using frameworks like OKRs to ensure successful outcomes and alignment across teams
  • Initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring continuous progress toward business objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the digital, FinTech, TaxTech, B2B, and eCommerce sectors to expand our client base and enhance product offerings
  • Drive the development and execution of monetization strategies, focusing on pricing optimization, revenue growth, and value creation across the product portfolio
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine pricing structures that align with business objectives and drive profitability
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to build and implement go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business impact
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across departments on business development projects, and help to plan and execute OKRs
  • Design strategic initiatives from concept through execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes
  • Use data analytics to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform key business findings
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and ensuring alignment on business goals
  • Set and achieve high-impact growth targets that align with the overall strategic vision of the company
