Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with strong preference for a graduate degree in STEM or an MBA
• 2+ years of prior experience either working at a biotech or in sales for a highly technical product (i.e. enterprise software)
• Integrity, ability to self-start, creativity, and compassionate courage when faced with adversity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness and interest to travel as needed to client sites and conferences across the country. Ability to travel 20-30% time preferred
• Desire to advance the health and welfare of people

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new clients and building out sales strategy
• Becoming an expert at recognizing who our platform can help and why, evangelizing the benefits of well-designed software in biotech
• Carefully sourcing and cultivating deep relationships with potential clients
• Working closely with the founders to close those sales
• Ensuring customer success with our PaaS
• Traveling to conferences and client sites to build in-person relationships and deeply understand scientists’ workflows
