Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven ability to drive business growth and close deals in the tech industry
- Strong storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Slack, Google Suite, and Apollo
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting
- Self-starter who thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Develop and execute long-term business development strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and successfully closing deals
- Work closely with sales, marketing, project managers and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Monitor key metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain ongoing client satisfaction by managing relationships post-deal and ensuring sustained success
- Recommend new products, services, and solutions to enhance the companyโs competitive positioning
