Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and close deals in the tech industry
  • Strong storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Slack, Google Suite, and Apollo
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting
  • Self-starter who thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Develop and execute long-term business development strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and successfully closing deals
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, project managers and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Monitor key metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and make data-driven decisions
  • Maintain ongoing client satisfaction by managing relationships post-deal and ensuring sustained success
  • Recommend new products, services, and solutions to enhance the companyโ€™s competitive positioning
