Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales management, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team
- Proven track record of building and executing successful outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and company priorities
- A self-starter with high initiative and a passion for driving results
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies that align with the company’s goals
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to create a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and alignment of business development efforts
- Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes to increase efficiency and impact
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or AI-driven business environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of the target market, industry trends, and customer needs
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
