Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts
- Target accounts through tools using sales technology tools to do smart outbound prospecting
- Engage with inbound leads via email, phone, and social media to understand their needs and assess their fit for our products/services
- Use various tools and methods (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate new leads
- Qualify leads by identifying their interest level, budget, purchase timeline, and decision-making process
- Nurture early-stage leads by providing relevant information and answering initial queries to build interest and rapport
- Schedule product demonstrations or consultations between qualified leads and the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure they are progressing through the sales pipeline
- Participate in sales training (Athennian Certified) and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, and Sales Linkedin Navigator
