Requirements

  • 1-2 years' prospecting experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively
  • High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism during conflicts
  • Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas
  • You must be coachable!

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate contact with new leads, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Articulate value propositions and product benefits to enhance the quality of phone interactions, ensuring prospects understand the message clearly
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and manage complex sales situations to drive sales success
  • Initiating contact with new leads without needing external prompts
  • Maintaining a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity
  • Building strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections over quick sales
  • Collaborating with team members, sharing successful strategies and supporting team goals
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy
  • Adapting to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity
