Business Development Representative

Summary

Join In Tandem as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to the growth of OurFamilyWizard, a platform supporting co-parenting families. You will generate leads through outbound communication, build relationships with family law professionals, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. This fully remote position requires 6+ months of sales experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent. Requirements

• 6+ months in a qualifying or prospecting sales role required
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
• Create a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how OurFamilyWizard can benefit their practice and their clients
• Understand OurFamilyWizard’s offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospects needs
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our CRM, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals
