Summary

Join Velocity Global's growing Sales team as a remote Business Development Representative! Based near our London office, you will focus on inbound MQLs, setting up meetings for Account Executives, and making 200+ daily outreach attempts. You'll build relationships, prequalify leads, and transfer them to Account Executives. Success requires dedication, initiative, and eagerness. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, achieving milestones, and exceeding monthly sales goals. Experience in B2B sales and CRM software is essential.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with technology, sales and be highly motivated to succeed
  • 1-2 years of experience with business-to-business sales over the phone
  • Good verbal and telephone communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams – build relationships, Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, achieve milestones
  • Build partnership and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client's situation and convey the value of the Velocity Global services in each interaction
  • Overcome objections given by potential clients
  • Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as assigned
  • Work inbound MQLs and setting up prospect meetings for our Account Executives
  • Make 200+ sequence activities per day (emails, phone calls, text messages, video messaging, LinkedIn Inmails), attempting to reach potential clients, prequalify them, and transfer leads over to an Account Executive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io or other CRM productivity software is a plus
  • Positive attitude - no negotiation!
  • Highly competitive
  • Coachable with a strong willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm for outstanding performance, striving to exceed sales targets
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
