Summary
Join Workstream, a company dedicated to building modern software solutions for hourly businesses, as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings with potential customers by making calls and managing activity in the CRM system, Salesforce. This role is remote, but requires working during US hours. You will need to be self-motivated, have prior sales experience, and be proficient in Salesforce. Requirements

- Proficient in Salesforce with a strong understanding of CRM systems
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection ( at least 50 Mbps ). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results
- Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for setting meetings by calling into a list of customers and customer prospects
- Scheduling meetings for the Account Management team
- Maintain and manage activity in our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring all prospecting notes and interactions are accurately captured and organized
- Completing email and calling tasks using our sales engagement platform (Outreach)
- Tailor communication to align with customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with Workstreamβs latest products and effectively communicate their value to our customers
- Engage with current customers and prospects through proactive calls and emails
- Work closely with the Sales team to enhance the effectiveness and quality of outreach and customer communications
Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience preferred, ideally in tech sales development
