Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar data-driven role
  • Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for querying and data analysis
  • Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for remote team collaboration
  • A proactive mindset with a strong interest in leveraging data for continuous improvement and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines for accurate, timely analytics from multiple data sources
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into clear analytics solutions
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve business operations and customer experience
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency through rigorous validation and quality checks
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and metrics definitions to promote transparency and consistency across teams
  • Stay updated with evolving BI tools, analytics methods, and best practices to enhance BI capabilities within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud-based data solutions
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
