Requirements

  • Must communicate effectively in English for presentations and collaboration with team members outside of the LATAM region
  • Possess experience with business operation processes, sales processes, or financial processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of tools such as Excel
  • Interpret and analyze complex data to make informed decisions
  • Create charts and dashboards to facilitate data understanding
  • Communicate clearly with different stakeholders, tailoring messages as needed
  • Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Exhibit proactivity by taking initiative and constantly seeking improvements
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented approach, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Show adaptability by adjusting to changes and new challenges quickly
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, valuing the contributions of all members
  • Pay careful attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work

Responsibilities

  • Perform timesheet reconciliations
  • Track budgets and PO burn
  • Collaborate with Account Receivable for invoice generation
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding in client systems
  • Review account and market KPIs
