Summary

You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, develop dashboards and reports, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or digital industry
- Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Excel and SQL are a must
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability for problem solving
- Highly adaptable, self-driven, and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in both English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the GM and other business units
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Work closely with the GM to understand business objectives and align data initiatives accordingly
- Partner with different departments (e.g., marketing, account management, finance, operations) to provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations
- Assist in setting measurable goals and tracking performance against targets
- Lead end-to-end BI projects, from initial scoping and data collection to analysis, reporting, and implementation
- Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI projects, meeting the needs of the business
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Monitor data quality and address discrepancies or data-related issues promptly
- Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on using BI tools and interpreting data
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and BI methodologies
