Business Planning Associate

Summary

Join ShopBack, a leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform in Asia-Pacific, as a Business Analyst to support the Korea market. You will work closely with the General Manager across various business units and functions, manage projects end-to-end, define and evaluate key business metrics, and provide domain expertise to internal stakeholders. Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience preferred, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English and Korean as you will be supporting the Korea market
• Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Excel is a must, SQL/Python preferred
• Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager supporting across various business units and functions (sales/marketing/operations etc)
• Independently manage projects end-to-end including scoping, problem/issue structuring, analysis and managing cross functional stakeholders
• Define, monitor and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analysis which lead to actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed
