Join our team as a Business System Analyst/Advisor in Dallas, TX (REMOTE work) for 10+ months. Partner with Customer Solutions to implement process improvements and automation projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management
• 2+ years as a business analyst
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Solutions organization to assist in the implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects
• Manage project plans, action items, and creation of process documentation and training material
• Administer and Develop solutions in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to enable process efficiencies and point of need training
• Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation
• Be able to step in as Subject Matter Expert for Customer Solutions processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms Preferred
