Summary

The job is for a Business System Analyst/Advisor who will partner with the Customer Solutions organization to implement process improvements and manage projects remotely in Dallas, TX. The role involves administering and developing solutions in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Customer Solutions processes and systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management
• 2+ years as a business analyst
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Critical thinker that can quickly grasp new concepts and processes
• Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Solutions organization to assist in the implementation of process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement projects
• Manage project plans, action items, and creation of process documentation and training material
• Administer and Develop solutions in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to enable process efficiencies and point of need training
• Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms Preferred
