C# Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Mid C# Engineer and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices. This remote position is available in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Bolivia. The role requires extensive software development experience with C# and .NET, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong English skills are also necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/Advanced English skills
• +3 years of experience
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# code following best practices
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with team members in Agile/Scrum environments to meet delivery goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
• Support database operations, including querying and optimization (SQL Server, Entity Framework)
• Participate in system integration and support cross-functional teams in building end-to-end solutions
