Requirements

• Strong expertise in C++ programming, including paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Proven experience in high-speed, low-latency environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
• Strong understanding of design and development principles
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jira
• A proactive mindset with curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize integrations and components for high-speed, low-latency trading platforms
• Monitor and enhance the performance of trading platforms to ensure efficiency and reliability under heavy loads
• Work closely with product teams, architects, and developers to design and deploy systems aligned with business needs
• Write unit, automation, and performance tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality standards
• Adhere to robust development and design principles, contributing to the continuous improvement of software development lifecycle processes
• Actively collaborate in agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog grooming and process improvement initiatives with Business Analysts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 Plugins & APIs)
• Confidence in learning and adapting to new tools and technologies quickly
• A sense of humor and enthusiasm for tackling challenges
• An educational background in Computer Science or a related field
