Requirements

  • Must hold active CALIFORNIA licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
  • Experience providing telehealth therapy to children 0-14 and families
  • Experience delivering evidence-based practices such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs)
  • Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing individual therapy through video-based telehealth sessions to children ages 0-14 years old
  • Provide family therapy via video-based telehealth sessions
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using the Little Otter platform
