Responsibilities

• Answer assigned department/queue overflow calls
• Answer an average of 150+ calls daily
• Confirm patient information
• Make/cancel/reschedule appointments
• Monitor requests daily
• Maintain an organized and clean work area

Preferred Qualifications

A year of medical office experience
