Requirements

• Proven experience in a call center sales role is required
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area, with the ability to commute to Roswell or Sandy Springs when in-office work begins

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide tailored recommendations and close sales
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of various products and services, ensuring they understand their options
• Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting products such as internet services, mobile solutions, and home security systems
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and confident manner
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide exceptional service and support

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with technology and telecommunications products is a plus
