Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online
• Intermediate understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures
• Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation techniques
• Excel expertise, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Part-time position (5-10 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Extract transaction, chart of accounts, and other financial object data from QuickBooks Online
• Transform and map chart of accounts and transaction data between QuickBooks Online and Campfire software
• Perform completeness & accuracy validation between migrated QuickBooks Online and Campfire balances
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies in account balances or transaction details
