Summary

The job is for a Canvasser in the Renewable Energy sector, specifically for Solar + Storage Programs. Requirements

• Passion for the Renewable Energy space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills
• Build and increase relationships within diverse communities
• Participate in door-to-door outreach; as well as in local community events as scheduled
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Door knocking throughout the week to self-generate leads and set appointments in assigned residential communities
• Educate homeowners on how our programs improve sustainability, resiliency and provide affordable solar and storage at zero upfront cost and backed by their local community
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers (i.e., collect utility bills from homeowners, making follow up calls and sending follow-up emails to customers, reviewing completed sales documentation, data entry in CRM, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and optimize outreach strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus but not required
