Summary

The job description is for a Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Consultant role at Lynch Consultants. This is a fully remote position that involves supporting IT Capital Planning and Investment Control processes, providing program management support, and assisting with various processes such as reviewing and implementing guidance documentation, collecting and analyzing data, and developing project documentation. The salary range is $80,000-$95,000.

Requirements

  • Two to Six years of experience supporting an IT organization
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Active Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Information Technology (IT) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
  • Analyze, track, and report IT acquisitions and budgets
  • Provide program management support for Information Technology Investment Review Board (ITIRB) processes
  • Review and implement guidance documentation, operational procedures, and scoring criteria
  • Manage, control, and report of investment status
  • Report and maintain Exhibit 300’s and 53’s
  • Provide Program Management support for the System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
  • Collect and analyze monthly data for the Major and Non-Major Business Cases
  • Formulate and monitor performance metrics and project risks
  • Develop project documentation, including budgets, project schedules, and various planning and implementation documents
  • Provide a wide range of management, analysis, quality assurance, logistics, and documentation support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Federal Budget experience is a plus
  • Federal Management Consulting Experience
  • CPIC Experience
