Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Telehealth Physician

The job is for a licensed Physician with telehealth experience to oversee initial face-to-face visits and collaborate with the Clinical team at Carda Health, a company that provides home-based cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Requirements

• Board certified Cardiologist, Pulmonology or Critical Care Medicine
• Licensed Physician in five or more of the following states (ideally all 50, but the more the better): New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas, Maryland, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Washington, Massachusetts, North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care utilizing best practices set forth by Carda’s Clinical team
• Be the first face-to-face touch point for many of the patients joining our program
• Perform face-to-face visits including health evaluations with patients on a schedule that suits both you and us
• Input notes and all other relevant information into our EMR
• Communicate and partner with other members of the patients’ care team to properly coordinate care and oversee patient care plans on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in the management of individuals with cardiac pathophysiology
• Cardiopulmonary training in basic life support or advanced cardiac life support
• Experience prescribing and reviewing medication for cardiac and pulmonary patients
• Passion for delivering high quality care to patients
• Experience with care in a virtual setting and a desire to learn and influence new technologies
• Highly organized with the ability to create, adhere to, and scale repeatable processes
