Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Summary

Requirements

• Certified NP license
• At least 3 years of cardiology experience (outpatient preferred)
• Enrolled with Medicare/Medicaid + valid DEA
• Experience with telehealth platforms and working independently

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with cardiovascular conditions via telehealth
• Diagnose, treat, and monitor lower-acuity cardiac patients
• Work directly with cardiologists in a virtual team
• Help patients stick to medications and make lifestyle changes
• Use EMRs and remote monitoring tools to keep care moving
