Summary

You will source and secure truckload capacity, build carrier relationships, and manage the entire shipment process from booking to delivery. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in logistics platforms and Microsoft Office. Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a Carrier Sales or logistics-related role
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation regulations
- High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or above)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics platforms (TMS systems preferred)
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Source and secure truckload capacity with both new and existing carrier partners
- Actively engage unowned carriers via phone, email, or through the client’s carrier portal
- Handle digital bookings and negotiations with unassigned carriers
- Build and maintain relationships with truckload carriers
- Match available capacity to open loads in the TMS and assign the most suitable carrier
- Clearly communicate load details, pickup instructions, and shipment expectations
- Track and trace shipments already bid on and won to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor driver status and electronically connect drivers to the tracking app
- Issue Comcheks/T-checks for lumpers as required
- Coordinate lumper payments during peak hours (5 AM–8 AM and 5 PM–9 PM)
- Gather PODs and accessorial paperwork from carriers
- Identify and resolve shipment-level issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide pickup documentation and ensure on-time load execution
- Negotiate pricing with carriers based on current market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of carrier communication and load details
