Summary
Join Experian as a Channel Manager to lead sales enablement for our AutoCheck partner channel. Empower partner sales teams with tools, training, and support to successfully sell AutoCheck solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, trainer, and field support resource, bridging the gap between product, sales, and customer success. Travel with partner sales teams (at least 50% of the time), join sales calls, provide product expertise, and assist in solution design. Collaborate cross-functionally, sharing market insights and customer feedback. Track and report on enablement KPIs, identify knowledge gaps, and refine training programs. This role reports to Sales Leadership VP.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, Product Management, or Solutions Consulting)
- Understanding of the automotive dealership marketplace
- Strong communication and facilitation skills—able to simplify complex topics
- Experience connecting customer needs with technical solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LMS platforms)
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product training during team calls and in-person sessions
- Develop and maintain enablement materials (e.g., playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts)
- Ensure all partner sales reps meet product knowledge standards before selling AutoCheck
- Support new product launches with training on features, positioning, and objection handling
- Travel in-market with partner sales teams at least 50% of the time
- Join sales calls and meetings to provide product expertise and strategic guidance
- Be available for escalations and complex deal support as needed
- Assist in solution design and proposal development to align with customer needs
- Act as a feedback loop between the field and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales)
- Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies
- Stay current on product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Track and report on enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, win rates, training completion)
- Identify knowledge gaps and continuously refine training programs
- Leverage LMS and enablement platforms to manage and measure training impact
