Chatbot Business Analyst

Summary

Join ARC Group as an IT Business Analyst working remotely from the US for a leading international hospitality company. This role requires experience with analytics/reporting, generative AI/chatbots, and Scrum/Agile development teams. The Business Analyst will review chatbot performance, create improvement recommendations, communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and create user stories for enhancements. You will also monitor performance metrics and identify reasons for changes. Permanent work authorization and W2 employment are required.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Have experience writing user stories or similar software requirements
• Have experience with chat and chatbots
• Be able to clearly communicate with the development team and internal stakeholders through written and verbal communication
• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Have experience working with Scrum/agile development teams
• Have experience with generative AI, especially in chatbots
• Have experience with analytics/using reporting to provide context for prioritization
• Have permanent work authorization and work on our W2

Responsibilities

• Review chatbot performance and transcripts to create recommendations for improvement
• Communicate chatbot capabilities to internal stakeholders and work with them to gather requirements for enhancements and issues
• Create user stories for chatbot enhancements and work with the development team to refine
• Monitor chatbot performance metrics and identify underlying reasons for changes
