Responsibilities

• Manage client projects for HSO
• Deliver end-to-end high-quality transformational Microsoft Dynamics (365 / AX / CRM) projects
• Provide valuable advice and work with clients to optimize business processes, inform them about the benefits and features of Microsoft Dynamics technology
• Advise clients on transformational aspects of Microsoft Dynamics
• Establish relationships between key stakeholders within client accounts
• Support business development and sales initiatives
• Develop Microsoft Dynamics market offers for clients
• Develop the Microsoft Dynamics footprint and create opportunities with clients
• Support the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics practice by sharing knowledge, developing informed leadership, and supporting team members
• Support technology consulting practice through development, proposal creation, and individual and team training
• Help junior team members develop through mentoring and project team support
