Summary

The job is for a Senior Project Manager in the Microsoft Dynamics team at HSO France. Responsibilities include managing client projects, developing new business, and developing team competencies. Requirements

• Deep functional knowledge of ERP processes or customer relationship management
• Ideally, one or more certifications in configuration or pre-sales of AX or CRM Dynamics
• Practical detailed knowledge of how businesses/clients are organized at the process level
• At least one project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, MoP, 3PO, APMP, etc.)
• Ability to speak to clients about current technological problems and understand the market

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for HSO clients
• Provide value-added advice to clients and optimize their business processes
• Advise clients on transformational aspects of Microsoft Dynamics
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders for client accounts
• Support business development and sales initiatives
• Develop Microsoft Dynamics market presence and create opportunities with clients
• Support the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics practice by sharing knowledge, developing leadership, and supporting team members
