Join our team as a Test Lead in Montreal or Ottawa! Manage daily activities of test teams, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain high quality standards. Requires senior tester experience or equivalent.

Requirements

• Senior Tester experience or equivalent
• Advanced skills with MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects on multiple platforms
• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Coordinate with client and/or project manager for project timelines
• Monitor and maintain bug databases for assigned projects
• Create and maintain test plans
• Execute defined test strategy in accordance with project schedule and budget requirements
• Perform effective initial and daily project briefings
• Participate actively in project milestones meetings
• Complete reports providing comprehensive and accurate accounts of testing and defect status
• Modify QA workflow tools based on project needs
• Assign Testers and Senior Testers to specific tasks
• Plan activities of test teams for efficient resource usage
• Ensure bug databases are up-to-date with accurate information
• Communicate progress status to the project manager
• Mentor and support all staff under supervision
• Create and communicate Testers’ and Senior Testers’ performance reviews
