Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the automotive, transportation, or related industry, with a focus on repair and maintenance services
  • Experience working with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable
  • Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities
  • Excellent financial management skills, with experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of operational processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance within the industry
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, aligning with the Board of Directors to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring high levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all repair and maintenance services
  • Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and growth targets are met
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
  • Ensure that customer needs are met with the highest standards of service, quality, and responsiveness, building long-term client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity investors, board members, key clients, and other stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, driving innovation in service delivery and operational processes
  • Enhance the company’s brand and reputation in the market through effective marketing, public relations, and customer engagement strategies
